There are different opinions regarding the use of nasal spray by a fasting Muslim. What is the most preponderant opinion?

Using the nasal spray as a complementary cure to treat asthma does not break the fast. This was decided by the Higher Palestinian Legal Verdict Council (mentioned in “Things which do not break the fast” Chapter).
