Is reading a part from the Holy Qur’an (a part from Al-Baqarah Chapter) before Al-Maghrib prayer-call and the other part after Al-Maghrib prayer-call considered the daily recitation?

Answer

Praise Be to Allah and Peace Be Upon His Messenger.

Reciting the verses or chapters of the Holy Qur’an can be done at any time of the day or night. It will be better if someone specifies a time for their recitation; however, if they cannot commit to one specific time, there is no harm.
