Can a woman wipe over her veil once she wants to perform ablution instead of untying it as she ties it firmly?

Referring to your question, Islam is known for its ease as it does not look for hardship. It is also important that wiping the head is required to perform a valid ablution. Thus, some Muslim scholars, unlike the four famous schools, allow the woman to wipe over her veil if she ties it firmly. This is decided by the Palestinian verdict council on 23/1/2014, decision No. 1/113, that a woman can wipe over her veil; however, this is the opinion of some scholars while the majority did not approve this. The evidence behind their argument, the argument of those who approve, is that the messenger of Allah (PBUH) wipes over his Khuf and the band over his head.
