What is the ruling on removing undesirable hair from eyebrows without removing all eyebrows or changing their shape?

Praise Be to Allah and Peace Be Upon His Messenger.

Originally, tweezing hair from eyebrows is haram. It is prevented by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) who said: “Allah has cursed those women who tattoo themselves, the women who remove their eyebrows, the women who make spaces between their teeth for beautification changing what Allah has created.” Related by Muslim

However, removing extra hair, which surrounds the eyebrows and makes the face too ugly, the thing that could embarrass the woman, but without removing the eyebrow completely is allowed. The surrounding hair could be considered as a source of harm which must be cleared.
